The Powder Coating Process
The powder coating process involves sandblasting, final application, curing and cooling down. Powder coating is more environmentally friendly than traditional paint as the application process involves less harsh materials.

Preparation
Professional surface preparation and powder application is critical to a durable high quality finish. Dry powder selected from reputable suppliers is electrostatically applied to a prepared metal surface.
Application
The painted item is cured at a high temperature in our State-of-the Art oven to create a quality finish that is both tough and durable.
Cool down
The powder coating curing process then takes place in our workshop. Once it comes out of the oven, it’s ready to use in about 20 minutes. This makes power coating quick and effective, providing the best long lasting option.
